Tungsten concentrate soars to 350,000.
A Look at Tungsten Prices as of December 4, 2025
Tungsten Market Trends as of December 4, 2025
Tungsten prices continue to rise, standing tall and vigorous like a resilient pine in the snow; downstream end-users, meanwhile, are under pressure—much like the string of a powerful crossbow, easily stretched yet prone to breaking. At present, market participants find it difficult to predict when prices will reach their peak, making procurement and operational decisions increasingly challenging. Industry insiders believe that in the short term, supply-side constraints and sentiment-driven factors will continue to dominate the market, making tungsten prices more likely to rise than to fall. In the medium to long term, whether prices can sustain their high levels will depend on the ability of downstream sectors to absorb demand and on how the broader macroeconomic and political environment evolves. Moreover, as we approach year-end, companies’ stockpiling activities, demand for cashing in on assets, and financial settlement arrangements could all become potential triggers of market volatility.
