Admission and Registration Guide
# Free Pre-registration
Follow the official WeChat account of the exhibition. → Bottom menu: [Audience Registration] → Fill in the required information to complete real-name registration → Generate an electronic visitor pass; take a screenshot and save it → Present it at the service desk to obtain your visitor badge.
# Entry Method
Present the original ID card on-site. + Visit ID → Security Check → Fast Track Entry.
# Essential Items
Original ID card (required), mobile phone, electronic admission code, business cards (for meetings and coordination), power bank, sun protection items, hat, and personal medications (on-site medical services available).

Transportation Guide
# Arriving in Nyingchi from Out of Town
▲By plane and taxi: Take a direct flight to Nyingchi Mainling Airport, then head to the city center and the exhibition venue by taxi, ride-hailing service, or airport shuttle bus.
▲ By car or chartered vehicle: Enter “Nyingchi Engineering Construction Exhibition Center” into your navigation app; it’s accessible via the Linzhi–Lhasa Expressway and National Highway 318.
▲ Passenger Bus: Lhasa–Nyingchi passenger bus; upon arrival in the city, transfer to a vehicle bound for the exhibition venue.
# From the City Center to the Exhibition Hall
▲ Taxis / Ride-hailing services: Arrive directly at the exhibition hall entrance.
▲ By car: The exhibition hall provides a dedicated parking lot; please follow the on-site staff’s directions for orderly parking.
Travel Advisory
The plateau section features numerous sharp bends, so we recommend setting out early and allowing ample travel time. On rainy days, roads can be slippery—please drive with caution.

Dressing tip: Dress in layers, like an onion.
Nyingchi In May, the temperature swings between day and night are significant, winds are strong, and UV radiation is intense; we recommend dressing in layers, like an onion.
Inner layer: Quick-drying short-sleeve shirt / Long sleeves (breathable and sweat-wicking)
Mid-layer: lightweight sweatshirts, fleece jackets, and knit sweaters (for warmth)
Outer layer: windproof jacket, hardshell jacket (windproof and sun-protective)
You can easily add or remove layers depending on the temperature to avoid getting chilled; when going out, it’s recommended to wear a hat, sunglasses, and sun-protective arm sleeves.

Warm Reminders for Visiting the Exhibition on the Plateau
▲ Upon first arriving in Nyingchi, slow down: avoid strenuous exercise, late nights, and excessive alcohol. Drink plenty of water, protect yourself from the sun and stay warm, and do your best to prevent a cold.
▲A medical service station is available within the exhibition hall, offering emergency care for altitude sickness.
▲ Respect local customs and religious beliefs; observe proper etiquette and maintain orderly visits.
