Black Diamond's third drilling rig: HJG-B140 full hydraulic blasting hole drilling rig. In 2012, it was sent from Black Diamond to Inner Mongolia, where it has been working hard on blasting holes for key coal mine projects during the national "Eighth Five-Year Plan" period.

This project mainly consists of sedimentary rock, and the HJG-B140 full hydraulic blasting hole drilling rig can drill an average of 600 meters per day, using Black Diamond's HK5-Y high-pressure down-the-hole hammer and HY5-140 high-pressure down-the-hole drill bit, with an average drill bit lifespan of 3800 to 4000 meters.

The project started construction in 1990, began trial production in 1998, was officially handed over for production in 1999, and reached full production the following year. In June 2006, the annual raw coal production of the mine reached 25 million tons, and in 2011 it exceeded 31 million tons.
