On March 28, The 2025 Employee Points Recognition Conference of Changsha Heijin Gang Industrial Co., Ltd. was successfully held, during which outstanding units in the points program and employees awarded four-star, three-star, and two-star honors were solemnly recognized. Yang Riping, President of Heijingang Group; Hu Jinping, Vice President of Administration; Jia Wenwu, Vice President of Production; Lü Ning, Vice President of Operations; Hu Shuai, Director of the Human Resources Center; and heads of all plants and departments attended the conference, jointly witnessing the company’s cutting-edge achievements and rallying collective momentum for continued progress.

Points serve as the “yardstick” for measuring work performance, the “catalyst” for igniting a spirit of striving, and, above all, the “barometer” that guides the entire organization toward continuous improvement.
The conference began by recognizing outstanding units in points-based performance management. Assembly Plant, DTH Drill Bit Plant, and Hammer Plant Strictly implementing the points-based management system, standardizing the execution of every procedure, accurately compiling points data, and conducting regular reviews and optimizations have established a benchmark of excellence through a rigorous and pragmatic approach.

They are deeply committed to their posts, steadfastly dedicated to their duties, and exemplify professional competence and unwavering dedication, thereby serving as role models for all employees of Heijin Gang.

To harness the inspiring power of role models, The conference specially invited Liu Tao, who has been awarded the “Four-Star Employee” title for six consecutive years, to share his experience. He said, with unassuming sincerity and unwavering resolve: “The most important thing is to become thoroughly familiar with the points-based system, maintain a positive and upward-looking mindset, and proceed step by step, working diligently and steadily.” His simple yet heartfelt words earned round after round of enthusiastic applause from all employees in attendance.

President Yang Riping delivered a significant address at the conference, warmly congratulating the outstanding advanced units and star-rated employees who were commended. , fully commended all employees for their hard work in 2025 and outlined the direction for their future efforts from two perspectives: “attitude” and “approach.”

Recognizing and commending outstanding performers is intended to set exemplary standards and inspire continued progress; admonishing underperforming employees is meant to help them address their weaknesses and achieve collective improvement. At the conclusion of the conference, employees with lower scores in the ranking voluntarily took the stage to reflect on their shortcomings, while heads of various plants and departments, drawing on their 2025 performance records, precisely identified the issues and put forward targeted recommendations for improvement.
