Focusing on the first 6S Skills Competition of Black Diamond, witness the wonderful moments.

In order to further deepen employees' understanding of the 6S management model and improve practical skills, on the afternoon of June 22, Heijingang specially planned the first 6S skills competition.

6S management, as a modern management tool, is centered onachieving management standardization through the six dimensions of "Sorting (Seiri), Set in Order (Seiton), Sweeping (Seiso), Standardizing (Seiketsu), Sustaining (Shitsuke), and Safety (Safety). It not only avoids waste of personnel,equipment, and time, but also enhances the spirit of employees, injecting vitality into the enterprise.

To further deepen employees' understanding of the 6S management model and improve practical skills, on the afternoon of June 22, Black Diamond specially planned the first 6S skills competition. The competition was held in the first machine workshop with great enthusiasm. A total of 140 people participated in this competition, including 125 contestants and more than ten staff and leaders observing the award ceremony. Black Diamond's Deputy General Manager Jia Wenwu, Production Department Head Luo Wenbin, and HR Department Head Hu Shuai attended the scene to award the winning employees.

After fierce competition, several teams stood out with their outstanding performance. They not only worked quickly but also operated according to standards, fully demonstrating Black Diamond employees' deep understanding and proficient skills in 6S management. The champion team completed all tasks with astonishing speed, showcasing their excellent competitive level and team spirit.

Runner-up: Precision Car Group -- 5 minutes 16 seconds 81

Third Place: Parts Group -- 5 minutes 23 seconds 57

Fourth Place: Milling Group -- 5 minutes 25 seconds 19

Consolation Prize: Rough Car Group -- 5 minutes 35 seconds 72

The successful conclusion of Black Diamond's first 6S skills competition not only provided employees with a platform to showcase their talents but also stimulated everyone's enthusiasm and drive for work. It is believed that in the future, Black Diamond employees will contribute more wisdom and strength to the development of the enterprise with even greater enthusiasm and more professional skills.
