Recently, the Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology released the "Announcement on the Proposed Projects for the Central Guidance of Local Science and Technology Development Funds in Hunan Province for 2024,"Black Diamond "Rock Drilling Tool Engineering Technology Research Center Construction" ProjectSuccessfully shortlisted and received support from the Central Guidance of Local Science and Technology Development Funds.
The Central Guidance of Local Science and Technology Development Funds 2024 project is arranged by the central government’s special financial funds, focusing on leading industries, relying on leading enterprises to build R&D laboratories, technology centers, etc., to cultivate or strengthen the technical R&D institutions of enterprises, enhance the technological innovation capabilities of enterprises, promote the construction of regional innovation systems, and support scientific and technological activities related to the R&D and transformation of key core technologies in the region. After multiple procedures such as application recommendation, formal review, expert review, and meeting deliberation, the Black Diamond "Rock Drilling Tool Engineering Technology Research Center Construction" project stood out from many strong competitors and was successfully approved.
