This morning, Changsha Heijingang Industrial Co., Ltd. held the 2023 summary commendation and 2024 mobilization conference at the Zixin Days Hotel in Wangcheng. General Manager Yang Riping, Party Branch Secretary Zou Liying, leaders at all levels of Heijingang, department heads, and all employees attended the meeting.
A new year brings new atmosphere, and the conference opened with all employees singing "The Song of Heijingang"!
General Manager's summary and planning report
Before the report, General Manager Yang Riping warmly greeted the attendees and distributed opening red envelopes, symbolizing that in the new year, Heijingang will soar across the seas and reach new heights. Yang Riping then reviewed the main honors, major activities, and important measures of 2023, affirming the collective efforts of all staff in 2023. Next, he looked forward to 2024 from three aspects: key work for 2024, key measures for departments, and relevant company regulations and requirements, aiming to leverage existing advantages, improve service quality, and strive for greater breakthroughs in the market in 2024, enhancing the overall image of the company.
Award ceremony

They are the winners of the annual five-star employee, outstanding employee representative, improvement project award, woodpecker award, logistics service star, outstanding party member, outstanding student, the award for collecting ten birthday greeting cards signed by General Yang, and the major project excellence award!
Vice President Hu Jinping read the commendation decision, and the award-winning colleagues walked down the starry avenue as the host announced the award comments. Certificates, trophies, and bonuses were awarded to the winners of different awards by General Manager Yang Riping, Party Branch Secretary Zou Liying, Vice Presidents Hu Jinping and Jia Wenwu, and Vice Dean of Heijingang College Hu Shuai!

Summary commendation and penalties for departmental performance in 2023, safety responsibility penalties for 2023, and oath-taking ceremony for performance goals in 2024.
The management teams of each department took turns to the stage. Departments that completed their annual goals received bonuses and certificates personally signed by General Manager Yang Riping, while departments that did not complete their goals faced corresponding penalties: men did push-ups, and women did squats in front of all attendees. Each department then signed the military order for the 2024 performance goals and safety responsibility, pledging to complete the goals with quality and quantity.
