On the afternoon of February 7, amidst the vibrant energy of the Year of the Snake, Changsha Black Diamond Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully held the 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and the 2025 Mobilization Conference at the Wangcheng Zixin Days Hotel. President Yang Riping, Vice President of Marketing Yang Xianglong, Vice President of Administration Hu Jinping, Vice President of Production Jia Wenwu, Party Branch Secretary Zou Liying, leaders at all levels, heads of various departments, and all employees attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the conference, all employees sang "The Song of Black Diamond," and the passionate melody instantly ignited the atmosphere on site, awakening everyone's fighting spirit and sense of team belonging.
(1) Summary and Planning Report by President Yang
Mr. Yang Riping, President of Black Diamond, took the stage to speak, where he deeply analyzed the achievements of the company in 2024 under the complex and changing market environment. From company honors, technological innovation to engineering construction, every achievement embodies the hard work of all employees.
At the same time, President Yang also candidly pointed out the challenges faced during the company's development process, clarifying the direction for subsequent improvements and enhancements. He then elaborated on the company's development strategy and planning for 2025, covering market layout, product research and development, organizational reform, and employee training. This comprehensive planning filled employees with confidence and expectations for the new year's work.
(2) Appointment Ceremony
Hu Shuai, Director of the HR Center, read the personnel appointments. This not only represents a high recognition of individual employee capabilities but also signifies further optimization of the company's team structure. The newly appointed employees bear significant responsibilities, and they will inject new vitality into the company's development with a fresh attitude.
(3) Award Ceremony
Amidst warm applause, Vice President of Administration Hu Jinping announced the commendation decisions. Award-winning colleagues walked down the starry avenue as the host announced the award comments, receiving certificates, trophies, and bonuses from President Yang Riping, Party Branch Secretary Zou Liying, and Vice Presidents Yang Xianglong, Hu Jinping, and Jia Wenwu for different awards!
These outstanding teams and individuals are the backbone of Black Diamond's History. Through their excellent performance, hard work, and spirit of innovation, they have set an example for the company. The award winners held their honors proudly, their faces beaming with pride, and the employees in the audience were also greatly inspired, expressing their determination to take them as benchmarks and strive for excellence in the new year.
(4) Oath Ceremony
The management teams of various departments took the stage in turn. Departments that completed their annual goals would receive bonus medals and certificates personally signed by President Yang Riping, while departments that did not meet their annual goals would face corresponding penalties.
Representatives from the new departments passionately took the stage to set the performance goals for 2025. With firm oaths and full enthusiasm, they expressed their determination and confidence to achieve the goals. These oaths are not only commitments to individuals and teams but also strong support for the company's development, showcasing the vibrant energy and fearless courage of the new Black Diamond team.
