The Black Diamond held the 2024 Annual Employee Points Work Commendation Conference.

On February 14, Changsha Black Diamond Industrial Co., Ltd. held the 2024 Annual Employee Points Work Commendation Conference, grandly honoring the advanced workshops in points and the four-star, three-star, and two-star employees. The company leaders attending this meeting included: President Yang Riping, Executive Vice President Hu Jinping, Production Vice President Jia Wenwu, HR Center Director Hu Shuai, and various directors from the original workshops.
The first to be commended is the advanced workshop in points work,These workshops not only executed the points well every week, with timely recording and updating of the matter record forms, but also took the monthly data statistics seriously, ensuring data accuracy, regularly holding points work summary meetings to summarize experiences, optimize standards, analyze reasons, and propose improvement measures.In 2024, the workshops awarded as advanced workshops in points work are the original drilling workshop, the original machine two workshop, and the original blank supply workshop.
Next, the star-rated employees were commended, following the commendation of five-star employees at the mobilization meeting on February 7, this meeting focused on honoringfour-star, three-star, and two-star employees,who also demonstrated extraordinary professionalism and dedication in their daily work.

This conference specially invited Fang Yihui from the original drilling workshop, who has received the "Five-Star Employee" honor for three consecutive years in 2021, 2023, and 2024, to share experiences. He said:"Doing things well is not complicated; the key lies in understanding and practicing the three phrases often mentioned by the boss: do the right thing, do things right, and get things done correctly."
